Yes. A supervisor visits your home or office, counts the rooms and heavy items, checks the stairs and parking access, and gives you a written figure. There is no charge and no obligation to book.
Yes, basic material is part of every job — cartons, bubble wrap, tape and stretch film. If you want us to pack the entire house including the kitchen and wardrobes, that's a full packing service and it's added to the quote.
Tell the supervisor on the spot before the crew leaves, so it gets recorded on the job sheet with a photo. We settle genuine damage caused by our handling. For high-value moves you can also ask for goods-in-transit cover when you book.
Yes. Office moves are usually done on weekends or after hours, and house moves on Sunday are common. Let us know when you book so we schedule the crew.
Yes, and it's priced as a single-item job, not a full move. This is one of the most common bookings we get.
On completion, once everything is delivered and set up. JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or cash. For intercity moves a small advance may be requested to reserve the vehicle.
Short-term storage can be arranged for a few days or a few weeks. Mention it during the survey and we'll include it in the quote.
