Why Safe Shipments

The boring things done properly.

✓

Fixed written quote

The figure you approve is the figure you pay. No "extra labour" charge appearing at the drop-off.

✓

Our own trained crew

Not day labour picked up at the stand. The same faces, trained on wrapping, lifting and furniture assembly.

✓

Real packing material

Double-wall cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film and foam corners — not old newspaper and used tape.

✓

Furniture handled by carpenters

Beds, wardrobes and office workstations are dismantled and reassembled by someone who does it daily.

✓

On-time arrival

We book a limited number of jobs a day so your crew isn't stuck finishing someone else's move.

Questions

Things people ask before booking.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three days is comfortable for a house move so we can lock the date and arrange the right vehicle. Small jobs and single-item transport can often be done same day if a crew is free — just call and ask.

Is the survey really free?

Yes. A supervisor visits your home or office, counts the rooms and heavy items, checks the stairs and parking access, and gives you a written figure. There is no charge and no obligation to book.

Do you provide the cartons and packing material?

Yes, basic material is part of every job — cartons, bubble wrap, tape and stretch film. If you want us to pack the entire house including the kitchen and wardrobes, that's a full packing service and it's added to the quote.

What if something is damaged?

Tell the supervisor on the spot before the crew leaves, so it gets recorded on the job sheet with a photo. We settle genuine damage caused by our handling. For high-value moves you can also ask for goods-in-transit cover when you book.

Can you move on a Sunday or at night?

Yes. Office moves are usually done on weekends or after hours, and house moves on Sunday are common. Let us know when you book so we schedule the crew.

Do you handle a single item like a fridge or sofa?

Yes, and it's priced as a single-item job, not a full move. This is one of the most common bookings we get.

How is payment taken?

On completion, once everything is delivered and set up. JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or cash. For intercity moves a small advance may be requested to reserve the vehicle.

Do you store goods if my new place isn't ready?

Short-term storage can be arranged for a few days or a few weeks. Mention it during the survey and we'll include it in the quote.
